Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines describe how to make websites work for people with a wide range of disabilities, and they’re the standard most widely used for websites in the United States.
What we’ve done
- Every page has clear headings, labeled sections and a “Skip to content” link, so screen readers and keyboards can move through it easily.
- Everything works with a keyboard alone, and a visible outline always shows where you are.
- Text and buttons have strong color contrast, including words set over photographs.
- Photographs have short text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields have visible labels, and the forms tell you when your message has been sent or if something went wrong.
- Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small phone screens, without sideways scrolling.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the site doesn’t animate. Where something keeps moving on its own, a Pause button stops it, and the site remembers your choice.
How we checked
In October 2026 we reviewed every page of this site against WCAG 2.2 AA: automated tests at desktop and phone sizes, keyboard-only use, color contrast measured on the pages themselves, 200% zoom and narrow screens, and reduced-motion settings. We fixed what we found, and we check again before we publish changes.
The site relies on HTML, CSS and JavaScript to work with your browser and any assistive technology you use.
Known limitations
Links to TikTok, YouTube and other websites lead to sites we don’t control, so we can’t vouch for how accessible they are.
