What services does Marquisha & Co. provide?

Marquisha&Co. offers personal, academic, and professional counseling, coaching, and consulting. These services are essential to individual and collective wellness. These services are provided through a multifaceted lens that centers mental health and wellness. Find out more about offered services here.

I’m interested in scheduling a session. How can I book an appointment for service?

To schedule an appointment,

Book Now
and select the service, date and time you’d like to meet. Upon receiving your appointment request, you will be asked to complete a client intake appointment and form.

I am not sure if I need coaching or counseling. What is the difference between the two?

Coaching services are for clients who have already established a system that works for self-improvement, but are in need of support to enhance their outcomes. Counseling is for building capacity, strategies and coping mechanisms toward self-improvement.

How many FREE success or wellness calls can I book?

There is one FREE 30 minute success or wellness call for each client. Following this free offering, all services must be paid for on or before the day of your scheduled session. All services are billed privately. We do not contract with insurance companies at this time.

Does Marquisha&Co. accept insurance for life-coaching and counseling services?

No. Not at this time. However, we do offer flexible payment options. Send us an email if you’re interested.

I was receiving college prep services via Elite college knowledge and that site is no longer available. Are you still providing services in that area?

Yes! College & career preparatory services are still available & are now all offered via Marquisha&Co. To book an academic or career support service, select t Packages and Services tab and choose a coaching or counseling session. Please also indicate your area of need (personal, academic, or career) in the notes section.

Frequently Asked Questions

I booked a service, how should I pay for it?

All services are payable via CashApp, PayPal or via the

Book Now
feature and are due  at the time of booking or on/before your scheduled session. If you pay via the booking site, you will not be charged until your appointment is accepted. 

I am interested in a package which is to be paid monthly. Is it due on a certain date?

During your initial intake, details regarding services, plan of success, pricing and payment due date will be discussed. Monthly packaging payments are typically due on the 1st or 15th of each month. Flexible payment options are available upon request.

I would like to arrange automatic payments for my M&Co. services. Is that an option?

Yes! You can arrange recurring payments once you’ve arranged services.

I want to make a purchase. How do I place an order?

To place an order, view our online shop & fill your cart with M&Co. goodies. 

I placed an order. How long before I receive it?

All orders are fulfilled within 7-10 business days of being placed. You should receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped which will include order details and tracking information. If you’ve pre-ordered an item, refer to posted date available and note the order will be fulfilled within 7-10 business days following the posted date.

Can I receive a refund for an order I placed?

No. We do not issue refunds for orders once they’re placed. However, we do offer site and service credit as well as replacements for damaged goods.

I have received my order and would like to submit a review. Can I?

Absolutely! We welcome product and service reviews. Please submit yours to us here.

The Sanctuary Collective

What is The Sanctuary Collective?

The Sanctuary Collective is a paid, members-only extension of Marquisha&Co. geared toward hope, healing, happiness, wellness, and building capacity for goal achievement alongside other women.

Who is it for?

The Sanctuary Collective is for women who reside int he state of Nebraska with an interest in collectively working toward achieving peace, prosperity, hope, happiness, healing, and holistic wellness with other women.

What are its benefits?

There are MANY benefits to joining The Sanctuary Collective Most notably are: customized pathways toward healing and success designed by a certified life coach and counselor, customized plans for healing, goal achieving + personal development, monthly gatherings, FREEbies, and annual trips.

What can I expect?

Women who join this collective can expect to enter into a sisterhood intentionally designed to foster relationships founded in and on wellness and that prioritize individual and collective healing, growth, and capacity building. Participants will receive counseling and coaching support as well as meet regularly. There is also an annual women’s retreat for relaxation and restoration, and a girl’s trip for adventure.

How do I know if it’s a good fit for me?

You’re welcome to attend a public event, speak with a member, or contact us directly via email: support@marquishaandco.com.

How long of a commitment is it?

We ask members to commit to one year with the option to renew annually. Intake is completed 2x a year, In June and in November.

Does it cost?

Yes. Membership is billed monthly or annually. Members pay $55/month for regular gatherings, services, and events. The annual women’s retreat and girls trip are paid separately.

Ok, I am interested in the M&Co. exclusive members only collective. How do I apply?

To apply to The Sanctuary Collective, you can submit an application. You can also find more information here.

I already applied. When will I hear back?

Applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. However, membership intake is completed 2x a year. Those accepted into the Collective should plan to attend a June or November intake session. Current applicants can expect to learn of their status on or before October 15.
