  • Leveraging the GPS 2026 Workshop Series

    What’s the secret to a life of purpose, success, and impact? Dr. Frost is often asked this very question. In the God, Purpose, and Service (GPS) Workshop Series, she invites you on a 6-week journey of reflection, growth, and alignment—designed to help you uncover your own roadmap to success. This hybrid series begins January 4 through February 8, with the first and final sessions held in person and virtual sessions via Zoom in between. Workshop times will be announced soon. We ask each participant to contribute a $25 donation per session (totaling $150). Half of all proceeds will go directly to Dr. Frost’s home church, Hope and Refuge Ministries Inc. Registration opens January 1. Let this be the year you follow your GPS.

  • Guiding the Girls | 2025

    Guiding the Girls is a day for women and girls to connect, dialogue, and learn from each other. We all know it takes a village, so we have to be the village we speak of and more importantly, the village we need. Join M&Co. for a day of village making and conversations to recenter our focus and reshape our perspectives. Girls need guides. Who better than me and you? Join us!
